A great find!

Loving this podcast which I listen to while I work as a gardener. I reached target and struggled with the maintain - there should be more in group to help target members. I added a further 1/2 stone to my target and I was so nervous of putting weight back on. Nearly up to your maintain podcast so hoping for some tips - well done ladies - great show 💖😊
