Sophie Raworth: running during the lockdown

This week we speak with BBC newsreader and journalist Sophie Raworth. Unless you’ve taken the unusual stance of not tuning in to the news in 2020 (in which case, you’re in for a bit of a shock), you’ll be very familiar with Raworth. What you may not know is that the face of BBC news is also a passionate and impressive runner. And this year, as she has navigated the personal and professional stresses of the pandemic, she says running has been her saviour.
