Elocution lessons for some guests?

I’ve been really enjoying listening to John’s podcasts for the last five years, always playing some every night. I just wish some of his guests would make more of an effort to modulate their voice for radio. Eg JSim though such an intelligent contributor has a nasal tone that really irritates me.
