New review;
2019... listening to Shannon alone now and STILL receiving great value from these episodes.
My latest listen is the one with Rod Stryker and I just adored it... biggest take away, the info n the Vedas, we walk together, we talk together, we are bountiful together... living in harmony and love I think.
I love it when Rod tells Shannon he is a child of the tradition and is being guided. He mentions love then, I forget his exact words but they are profound and I can totally see that Shannon is being less by pure love, capital S, in self.. living his life in conscience, in the truth of love.
Love these episodes..

Positive message, no BS x
Alex and Shannon take the self help genre and bring a lightness and humour to it that is really refreshing. They are honest, insightful and entertaining but don't fall into the trap of preaching or being overly earnest. This is just the good stuff they want to share. I love that they are good at taking time and listening to their brilliant guests too - I found them through searching for Elena Brower and boy did we get the good stuff from her - keep going guys you're doing a great job xx
Inspiring, uplifting and fun too x
