Spiritual Healing Takes True Grit How to Be Spiritually Uneffiwithable

    • Self-Improvement

It takes true grit to get through phases of spiritual healing. You start off well with yoga, some deep meditation, perhaps with the intention to 'fix' something and all is great. Then all of a sudden. BAM. You are in a hair pull moment where up is down, inside is out, and the end of the tunnel is nowhere in site.

Though people are conditioned to think that 'if it gets hard, I must be doing something wrong' or get startled and 'give up', there are the moments where you have to bight the bullet and apply true grit.

Yes, true grit.

Think about it: making a life change or diving deep into a soul wound means that you are excavating the energy of your life. Sometimes finding out things you did not even know before. It gets hard. It gets confusing. It gets scary.

Do not walk away in these moments.

*Unless, of course, the friction is a sign to stop - this is where discernment comes in. *

Today, we talk about finding the truth in these moments and the power in being able to dig deep and power through. I also recommend a way to work with your intuitive connection to your soul to determine whether this is a 'grit' or 'let go' situation.

Being able to stay the course in your own process makes you uneffwithable. Next time it gets tough, ask yourself, "Is this tough because of where I am in the healing process?". Trust your response and act accordingly.
