In this episode, we talk 'Perceptual-Cognitive expertise'. Dave shares some of his research into perceptual-cognitive expertise, explaining the effect of these skills on performance from a player/athlete perspective. Dave also highlights some of the key research and findings in this area, as well as sharing some of his methods for creating Perceptual-Cognitive expertise in our players/athletes from his own experience in coaching. A really interesting and insightful listen for any coaches out there!
