Easy to listen to and inspiring

I am an anxiety sufferer and found Lucy on Instagram so decided to check out her podcast. I listened to the latest one today on my way home in rush hour traffic. I know the way home like the back of my hand but always get anxious that I’m going to have to make a detour and get lost so was really calming listening to Lucy’s voice knowing she knows anxiety inside and out and not just someone who has studied It to help people but has lived it.
