Rip is informative, has a distinct no BS style which makes me feel I can trust his opinions much more than other professionals. He knows his stuff and has a great sense of humour.

Read the book too!

I value Starting Strength. I have a copy of the third edition SSBBT and I also have a copy of Practical Programming. So far I rate these podcasts highly. The content is appropriate to athletes and the gerneral population. Listen to these podcasts and decide for yourself!
