Strange times call for a little distraction. And what better way to do that then check in with our favourite family who had already invited us all into their home long before it became a thing.
Last time we blamed Christmas on their craziness – not sure we even need an excuse now – but let’s give it a whirl as we find ourselves eavesdropping once again on Robbie and Ayda…
Join us! Staying At Home With The Williamses.
The Upside Of Masks
Like the rest of us, Robbie and Ayda are readjusting to life after staying at home for so long, and are masked-up and raring to go. The couple share their hopes for getting back to work and what they want to hold on to as precious learnings from lockdown.
There are big plans for a move into TV and smaller plans to keep enjoying walks, where Robbie can finally go unnoticed thanks to a face mask.
Working From Home
Take That take centre stage... well, centre screen to be precise as Robbie and Ayda discuss working from home.
Like many of us, they've been doing their own work from home. Robbie has performed with his 'Take That Brothers' and Ayda has been recording episodes of her (other!) podcast. There's also some very interesting Robbie music news on the horizon...
Mr and Mrs (Williams)
This week we put the podcast in YOUR hands! Robbie and Ayda went live on Instagram and asked what you would like to hear. A lot of you wanted to hear about love and marriage and so today’s episode centres around exactly that.
We learn what not to do on a first date, Robbie shares his very unique proposal method and we discover that there would be no Robbie and Ayda Williams without Cameron Diaz…
This week sees the return of Nana Gwen to the podcast! After weeks of lockdown estrangement, the family are reunited. An emotional reunion in so many ways but prepare yourselves, this episode goes to places you may not expect…
Even Enemies Can Become Friends
We did not see this one coming as a by-product of lockdown so brace yourselves - but Robbie Williams and Liam Gallagher have called a truce to their decades-old feud. Seriously. Frenemies no more. Robbie reveals how the ice thawed between them and he is all the happier for it. Meanwhile he's lockdowned but loved up with Ayda - still - and as ever, they overshare on that and oh so much more. Narrated by Sarah Millican.
Food Glorious Food
Food is on the agenda as we’re headed back to lockdown in LA where Robbie is about to cook his first meal in about 15 years. That’s right. Ayda has plans for an aubergine feast to be cooked for her, but Robbie very much has other ideas. What could go wrong?

Deleting social media // excellent advice and perspective
Thank you Ayda and Robbie. So refreshing seeing your perspectives. I wish Robbie could engage, reply and absorb all the positive comments and completely ignore the negative comments. (Much easter said then done I know!) wish I could write you guys a letter to show my appreciation!! So many positives, laughter, smiles and wise words with these podcasts. Thank you both💙🔥
