Stop Chasing External Validation

Have you ever felt the need to ask for approval, check that your friend, partner or clients think your new package or offer is a good idea, or felt a bit low when you weren’t receiving likes or praise from clients or social media?

I think we’ve all been there- craving and chasing the need for external validation.

BUT there is another way to operate- one where you feel good enough, trust yourself and your instincts, believe in yourself and don’t need the likes and praise.

In this week’s podcast episode I’m looking at how you can feel more self-resourced as an equine or canine practitioner, both in your clinical work, and leading your business forward.

Listen to discover insights on:

  • Imposter Syndrome and breaking this story
  • The identity of Confidence and how you can utilise this today
  • How social media behaviour is changing and that silent lurkers still become clients

As ever I’d love you to take action and implement the suggestions in the week’s short sharp episode. Being able to validate yourself is one of the best feelings you can gift yourself, both personally and professionally.
