My bedtime routine

I work nightshifts, yet I still sometimes struggle to fall asleep once I get home.

I found this podcast about two weeks ago and this has become a part of my bedtime routine. Seymour has such a soothing voice and he has a way of making my mind wonder along with the story which also manages to soothe me and drift me off to sleep.

Please don’t ever stop doing what you do!! 🤗🤗

I love this podcast just one thing I think should improve, the background music in the beginning sounds creepy.

Mixed feelings.

I found some stories quirky and interesting. But what I learned is they don’t help me sleep, they keep me up wondering and trying to keep up with the twists and turns. Interesting stories but not helpful for nighttime. Not for me.
