Sleepy times

I struggle to get to sleep and was looking for some sort of meditation type podcast to help me drift off when I stumbled across these. Lovely stories delivered in a calm and soothing voice to guide you to the land of nod.

My bedtime routine

I work nightshifts, yet I still sometimes struggle to fall asleep once I get home.

I found this podcast about two weeks ago and this has become a part of my bedtime routine. Seymour has such a soothing voice and he has a way of making my mind wonder along with the story which also manages to soothe me and drift me off to sleep.

Please don’t ever stop doing what you do!! 🤗🤗

I love this podcast just one thing I think should improve, the background music in the beginning sounds creepy.
