Good...until the final episode.

I have the same complaint for each season (Bigfoot and RIP) both are compelling stories (season 1 a little better than 2) but both somehow fail to ‘stick the landing’ with season 1 the character’s decision to destroy the evidence of the Sasquatch and juts trust that the bad guys would somehow just stay away, but season 2 is even worse, the final reveal of Janis felt rushed and inexplicable. Janis trying to kill Angelique doesn’t make sense and the twist with her mother makes less sense as both come out of nowhere, and subsequently the “twist” felt lazy and tacked on. Plus logistically, in the penultimate episode we hear the voice of (what we assume) Roman Byers, so if Janis was recording everything who was the voice? Or if it was in her head why was she addressing them to Monica? Plus why did Janis’ voice change for a sentence in the final episode, at that point I thought there was going to be a supernatural twist... but nope! It’s just some good o’ motherly manipulation (as a side note the final twist was so similar to the twist with American Horror Story: Hotel’s storyline with the character of John Lowe).
