Customer Reviews
Hit and miss.
I really enjoyed the Kid Icarus episode. When this podcast is good, its an interesting listen. However some episodes go off track a little too much, especially when their guest talk about themselves or topics that have nothing to do with the doc being reviewed.
Still I would give it a shot.
Good stuff all round
Such a simple idea done well. Two guys and a guest dissect and discuss a documentary. Pleasant company and an easy listen. It doesn't matter if you haven't watched the doc in question as the conversations have a habit of meandering pleasingly off-topic. It has also given me a suggestion list of great docs for me to catch up with. Recommended.
At least watch the film before review.
Was hit or miss for me, listened as it's always interesting to hear other perspectives on doc films. I unsubscribed when one of them only watched 20 minutes of 'the legend of cocaine island' before the review then descended into toilet talk for no reason. No thanks.
