Here the Beckies talk about supporting professionals, families and children with SEND in practice; what will really help and how do we make sure the paperwork we create really works and makes a difference. One of the most important things is that the team and family understand what they are trying to do to help make the child's life better.  The targets and actions should be realistic, this should be a natural process.
There are times when we need to reduce the environment however children learn by doing, and through following their ideas.  Have a 10 min' listen and discover when is the right time to help the child and work with them ?
