Only just started but..
I’ve only just started this podcast, (finished series 1, ep 3) but it’s already a firm favourite. The light-hearted look at what can be a paralysing subject is brilliant, it allows things to be explored and discovered. I think Felicity Ward’s comment will stick with me for a long time - “of course you can’t meditate, you’re mentally ill”
Thank you
Just listened to your conversation with Isabel Hardman, it helps to know you are not alone, I too was told I wasn’t bad enough, it was just a blip and then you are bad enough now so we will put you on this really long waiting list... still waiting. You have though both given me food for thought, inspiration and a feeling of being less alone
I love this 🌸💕
I love listening this a very big thank you for making me smile and laugh
Sending back out the love to you.
