    In conversation with... Scott Agnew

    In conversation with... Scott Agnew

Scott Agnew is a critically acclaimed Glaswegian stand-up comedian and is considered one of the best story tellers in the business. He is a former journalist, TV presenter (MTV, BBC Three, STV) and has appeared frequently on radio (BBC FiveLive, BBC Radio Scotland, Clyde 1, Galaxy FM). Scott also hosted Glasgow’s Gay Pride March in 2012 in front of 8000 people.

On March 24th 2021, we talked with Scott as part of a Zoom webinar. Scott talked about his mental health, previous drug addiction, attending chemsex parties, and his HIV diagnosis with the humor and wit that he’s well known for. Scott uses his comedy as a powerful tool to normalise talking about HIV and mental health in the gay community.

We are very grateful to Scott for his time and openness when disucssing his experiences.
