Changed my life

Tara’s teachings have been a blessing upon my life and really impacted the relationship I have with myself and the world. She is a wonderful storyteller and speaker; her teachings are simple, yet profound and beautifully blend psychology and spirituality. Her talks also come with a dose of humour and lightheartedness, which is always welcome with me :) Have been listening to her for many years and will continue to do so for many more. Thank you.

Mental health life saver

I started meditating First to try and manage the stress relating to the COVID pandemic. Now it’s a staple in my life. Weekly, aiming for daily practice. It has revolutionised my reflection and helps me in times of stress. I learnt the other day that stress cannot be avoided this is true but the affects of cumulative stress can be. I particularly like Tara Brach, I’m not so sure why. Tried others but keep coming back here.
