In our second episode of the Team Talk series, we discuss the impact that sport has had on Amanda Lamb’s life, share some thoughts and books that we use to improve our own well-being and talk about parenting struggles and gaining better perspective.
Amanda is a TV presenter and Mum. She has presented a variety of TV programmes such as A Place in the Sun, Selling houses with Amanda Lamb and Market Kitchen. In her early career she was also the face of 'Scottish Widows' and she competed in 'The Games', a TV show based on Olympic events.
