It has really opened my eyes as to the amount of test automation opportunities there are in terms of the open source tools out there available. It’s a great way to stay ‘in the loop’ in this ever changing technological world we live in.

I find the talks about AI fascinating and it will be interesting to see how AI affects the software testing industry.

Keep up the good work Joe! 👍🏻

Well curated podcast

Very accessible and interesting podcast. Having no experience in automated testing or QA what so ever, I found the content well paced, interesting and easy to follow. Lots of great takeaways and follow on material to learn from. Great work, and has sparked my interest in automation.

84: Christin Wiedemann: Smarter Testing Through Smarter Testers

Joe,

What a way to start the new year; another Great podcast and this time with the most common sense topic of all times and yet almost underrated in many organisations..."Risk Based Testing". I cannot believe how many times I have been shoved in with a piece of code with calendar days or budget predefined and the only saving grace always has been to understand the context, the risk profile, plan, execute and communicate so the big boys and gals make an informed decision.

With the world moving on to the next big tool and the new big buzz words I am finding harder and harder to get people who can think on their feet and I hope this podcast reminds people of what testing is all about....Risks

And to bring up value of Communication and the sheer fact that Agile has predated every new age ev"A"n"gilists" and the varying practice of Exploratory testing ....Christin you have a new fan and Joe you amaze me with each episode....looking forward to this year but I must warn you have set a high bar with this one

Sincerely,
Ananth
