Very good podcast, really funny. Hope it comes back for season 3!
I listen to a lot of running podcasts, this one is very different - very funny and gives a great insight into the life of a pro athlete
Great podcast for runners
Keep up the good work. Nice to hear from like minded individuals, Ross and Colin who even though aren’t running as fast as they used to are still training due to their love of the sport. Sharing their experiences and current obstacles of juggling full time jobs with training makes runners like myself realise we’re not alone! Additionally, interviews with current and former elite athletes enables listeners to gain an insight into their training/experiences and tips on how to train smarter and more effectively!
