Now I have made my way back to the sport of running in my late 30’s (36 to be exact) with the goal to run my fastest 5k ever by the age of 40. Great for 5k runners

I’ve been training for my very first 5k and have gotten a lot of great tips. A lot of podcasts are focused on marathons so it’s nice to have one with a shorter run focus.
