Highly Recommend

A truly excellent podcast that inspired me to create a 40K army that follows my passion for the lore over pure competitiveness (which is more normal approach to games).

This podcast is easy listening, and after discovering it earlier this year I can honestly say I have enjoyed listening to each episode more than once! Having done so I can sincerely attest that the podcast has evolved over time, by listening to viewer feedback and is better for it - although it was great from the outset.

I have read black library books for years, but only into the hobby itself for a few months. This means the early episodes with the life in the hobby segment were practical as well as useful, but I love how the team recognise when a segment has run its course rather than trying to force content just to maintain a format.

Don’t expect huge guest interviews all the time, it shouldn’t put you off but do manage your expectations if that’s what you often seek.

Instead enjoy a pod cast created by relatable people with a passion for the hobby and it’s lore. They keep things real and grounded, recognising that sometimes hobby has to be put aside due to busy aspects in the rest of our lives.

I believe that this pod cast succeeds in adding something valuable to the community as a whole, and highly recommend it for all.

Great with a listen

Hey randomly selected this podcast due to a recent rekindling of 40k love. I've listened to them all even the super quiet ones and it's great. I love the mix of honest hobby commentary, 40k lore and humour. Keep up the great work paint more, game more. Less work more hobby 😜

Truest form of awesomeness

Super mega amazing ace
This is your one stop shop for advice on how to slightly bend the rules, a detailed by Sam in his sam-nanigans section every month
These guys go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to a podcast for the hobby
More fluffy than the unicorn toy from the minions movie and they make you feel like your part of their gaming group sat around the table with them
The ever evolving topics and sections is good
As a listener since the very beginning is good to hear the podcast continue to evolve and grow
The only downside is once a month?? Come on guys you can do better than that
