The perfect add on to my studies
What a great podcast. No frills, easy to listen to, such good talks with interesting people on topics right on the cusp of my nutritional therapy studies
As a final year Nutritional Therapy student, this has become my go to morning podcast that just helps with my revision and learning. The guests are great and the format of each show is really well done. Alex allows the guest (expert) to do most of the talking so you really get an opportunity to learn from the masters. Keep up the good work Alex! :)
Alex’s podcasts are brilliant and full of helpful information. As a Nutritional Therapy student I find his content a fantastic way of developing my knowledge and furthering my understanding. He has a gentle and well paced interviewing technique, which makes the podcasts a joy to listen to. He also has a great variation of guests. Thanks Alex!
