So informative

Alex’s podcasts are brilliant and full of helpful information. As a Nutritional Therapy student I find his content a fantastic way of developing my knowledge and furthering my understanding. He has a gentle and well paced interviewing technique, which makes the podcasts a joy to listen to. He also has a great variation of guests. Thanks Alex!

Great to have a UK based podcast

There are so many US bio-hackers that it’s frustrating when they recommend supplements and practitioners that cost a fortune to ship over or are unavailable in the UK. Great to see Alex flying the flag for UK centric topics.

Great talent to listen to

Alex has the wonderful ability to ask the right questions and guide a discussion in a way that is easy to follow and listen to. A lot of healthcare podcasts are full of fantastic information but so jam packed that I struggle to enjoy the journey. These are filled with great information in an easy to listen to podcast. Highly recommended
