So helpful

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I find it really helpful both as a yoga student and as a teacher.

Amazing info - this yogi is phenomenal!

I’ve been struggling to master the elusive handstand for a while now, practicing for around 2 years or so. After finding Brian and listening to his podcasts, not only have I managed to tweak my handstand to find my balance consistently, but I am working steadily towards the holy grail of pressing.

Brian’s instruction is simple, clear and easy to understand. And the reason he is able to give such amazing instruction is because he has earned the right to. His press work is second to none, as is how he can master and manoeuvre his body.

Brian, you are a master at what you do and your awesomeness is inspiring.

Interesting podcast series - worth a listen

I really like this podcast. Be warned the sound levels are a bit weird sometimes and personally I dislike the jingle / intro music thing that always seems to blast out on my computer or headphones but Brian is a knowledgable teacher and his ideas/ tips are practice, easy to follow and relevant to my practice. As someone who likes playing with challenging poses like handstand and arm balances Brian gives me different approaches to accessing these poses so you don't get stuck trying to learn them. The recent podcasts with guest teachers are an interesting step forward too - seems like a relaxed and informal style of interviewing.
