Just at the right time

I decided I wanted to make a sourdough loaf after I went to a supermarket at the weekend and it had all sold out! I am following the recipe for the starter from the BBC Goodfood website.
The podcast has given me more of an idea what I need to do because I have never made a sourdough loaf before. I’m excited.
