We discuss Pollys love of white ball cricket, how his action changed throughout his career and who his influences were growing up and as a young pro playing for Natal. He also gives away some of his favourite training tips which are very useful.

It was awesome chatting with Dale and we could have chatted for hours but we thought we better not push our luck (we will try and get him on the podcast again)! His knowledge is outstanding and you can see why he has been such a force in both franchise and test cricket. More impressive than his knowledge was his enthusiasm which had us on the edge of our seats and desperate to get bowling! This episode is really worth watching on YouTube if you can as you will feel like Dale is with you getting you pumped up!
We start with some quickfire questions as always to get an insight into Dales philosophy and what he likes. It was really interesting to hear how he tried to integrate other successful bowlers such as Brett Lee, Shoaib Akhtar and Shaun Pollock into his own action creating a really unique style. We also had to talk about Dales intimidating on field persona!

In this guest episode we chat with England international and county gun Craig Overton!
We were so glad to get Craig on the podcast after a little miscommunication over text. We wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of Craig as he is such a fierce competitor and loves a bit of an on field battle! He isn't much fun to play against but was a great podcast guest and we really enjoyed sharing some stories with him. On the field Craigs stats are very impressive, he has nearly 500 first class wickets at 23 and still plenty more to come! He has represented England in both test and one day internationals after being one of the most exciting performers on the county circuit.
We talk about why he finds yorkers tricky and would rather have a great bouncer!! We talk about what it was like to grow up in the same household with a brother who always got choice of ends! Craig also talks about how he loves getting in a battle amongst other things!

On this episode we discuss our biggest triggers in cricket!
There are multiple things that can cause us to pull our hair out and possibly you too! Including dodgy umpires, batters and sloppy fielders! 
We try to come up with a top 10 triggers although I am sure we could have identified more! We love the game but these things really test our patience!

In this guest episode we chat with former South African international and current Hampshire bowler Kyle Abbott!
Kyle has averaged over 50 wickets per season since joining Hampshire. He has a test bowling average of 22 and a first class average of 21! The way he talks about bowling you would think its very easy and advises people to keep it simple but work incredibly hard!
We talk about why he prefers seam to swing, how he doesn't want too much bounce, and why he hates being left more than twice per over! He really goes into detail about his gameplan and what he looks to do. He will admit that it is simple in theory but hard to do and required hours of target bowling in his younger days in South Africa.
