    #17 More Like Trel-yawny, AMIRITE? Book 3, Ch 15-17

In the 17th episode of The Boy Who Hasn't Lived, CJ and Arlie talk about chapters 15-17 of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. We have some deep chatz about masculinity, the Church and whether Harry should be allowed a Firebolt (spoiler alert, NO). CJ is still preoccupied by how Hermione is getting to all her classes. But the greatest mystery remains... when will Voldemort show up?

#16 Lupin Is Not Sirius Black, But Sirius Black Is Lupin: Book 3, Ch 12-14

#16 Lupin Is Not Sirius Black, But Sirius Black Is Lupin: Book 3, Ch 12-14

In the 16th episode of The Boy Who Hasn't Lived, CJ and Arlie talk about chapters 12-14 of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. CJ's theories are on overdrive this month - they think Lupin might be Hermione and/or Sirius Black; and they're still very suspicious about Crookshanks the cat... who also might be Sirius Black? Other than that, it's mostly just us being annoyed with Harry's recklessness.
If you like the song we featured by Be Steadwell, it's called 'sage (witch two)' and you can find that and lots of other beautiful music at www.besteadwell.com.

#15 Harry Potter Needs A Smack On The Bottom: Book 3, Ch 9-11

#15 Harry Potter Needs A Smack On The Bottom: Book 3, Ch 9-11

In the 15th episode of The Boy Who Hasn't Lived, CJ and Arlie talk about chapters 9-11 of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. We start with a recap for newcomers about why CJ never read the books before, and get an update on how CJ is feeling about witchcraft and the Church. CJ has a new theory about how Sirius Black is getting into the castle, and still can't work out whether Lupin is a good guy or bad guy. Arlie manages to stay neutral in the face of some ~interesting~ theories.

#14 A Gateway Drug Into Satanism: Book 3, Ch 6-8

#14 A Gateway Drug Into Satanism: Book 3, Ch 6-8

In the 14th episode of The Boy Who Hasn't Lived, CJ and Arlie talk about chapters 6-8 of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. CJ has noticed Hermione has too many classes in her timetable, and the working theory is... three Hermiones? Other mysteries include how Sirius Black got into the castle, and what a boggart would turn into if either of us found one in our house. Also, a tangent on knee caps.

#13 Plurnij, Jurnipl, Lurpnij, Ipulrnj: Book 3, Ch 1-5

In the 13th episode of The Boy Who Hasn't Lived, CJ and Arlie talk about chapters 1-5 of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. CJ is looking for Voldemort around every corner. Even really unlikely corners. Even corners that aren't really corners. JK very successfully throws us off the Sirius Black scent, and we have to announce a Major Incident.

WOW!! This Podcast Is Amazing!!

AMAZING PODCAST!!
Such a great idea and so much fun!! Listening to this brings back memories of reading the books for the 1st time (when they were 1st published) and brings back all the excitement and anticipation of reading each chapter and eagerly awaiting the next instalment!!
CJ & Arlie are both adorable and so much fun to listen to.
I’ve even started to re-read the books and follow along with CJ.
CJ’s reactions are great and it’s so nice hearing all the predictions and all the interpretations of someone completely new to the Potterverse!! I look forward each new episode and cannot recommend this podcast enough!! (I’ve already told several friends about it and will keep on doing so).
Keep up the good work CJ & Arlie!!

Can’t stop listening. I found the experience really nostalgic and so enjoyed going back as an adult to the books. KEEP IT COMING 😁

Please Please PLEASE keep up the good work!

I love this podcast! CJ and Arlie are the sweetest people and it’s great to hear a British perspective on Potter because so many of the other Potter podcasts are American. It’s also fun hearing CJ’s theories especially when we as the audience know how wrong or right they are.The only thing I would change would be the theme music, there’s something about it that makes me want to claw my own ears off. Keep up the good work.
