Well researched and personal insight

Bethan is a great guide in building resilience in yourself or your business. Brilliant guests too but also Bethan holds her own in the more personal episodes.

A great, insightful listen with each episode!

A very human podcast

What I really enjoy about these podcasts is just how human both Bethan and her interviewees come across. There are so many podcasts out there where people are presenting highly polished, media-trained versions of themselves in order to sell a book or a tv series or similar. Here we have people talking about a range of topics, from changing careers and imposter syndrome to endometriosis and dealing with cancer diagnoses - normal, every day people dealing with the kinds of challenges many of us will face in our lives. That's really quite refreshing. I've had the pleasure of being interviewed by Bethan for one of these podcasts myself, so take my view with a pinch of salt, but even if you don't listen to my episode I still encourage everyone to listen to the others :-)
