The man, the myth, the legend !!!

Monday morning !! Get lost in Brian’s podcast. Amazing different guests with different views, beliefs and knowledge. It is impossible to end the podcast without learning something!! There’s always a nugget of gold in there.
I consider Brian part of my 5 inner circle. We have never met but he has had such an incredible influence on my life. Started with his podcasts and grew and bought into his online business course.

Brian you rock !!

Thank you for conducting and hosting these epic podcasts.

My favourites are the mindset episodes and the Ross Edgley ones. You two bounce off each other so well

He is an Irish God!!

I have been listening to Brian’s podcasts for the best part of a year now and they have completely transformed the way I approach so many aspects of my health & fitness. I have actively worked out and lead a relatively healthy lifestyle but also battled with my mindset for years. I have never been overweight, but I have had (and continue to have) an unhealthy relationship with my body/food. Slowly but surely in a matter of months I feel like I’m finally making headway to happiness, contentment and confidence and learning how to rewire to my mindset. In the words of Brian, if you’re looking transform/start/change direction in your health & fitness journey with no BS then you need these podcasts in your arsenal 🤘🏼
