Life changing

I’ve listened to so many of Brian’s podcasts there’s too many to name specifically! I can honestly say there hasn’t been one that I haven’t absolutely loved, not even just liked but genuinely loved.

I have taken so much valuable information, gained incredible knowledge and I say with confidence, listening to them have changed my life.
I’ve changed my language towards to myself and others, completely rewired my mindset. Changed career, dealt with issues and even grief so much better because of the tools I have learnt.

Every guest has brought something new which I have also learnt from, even the likes of Tom Otton who is an ultra endurance runner and really incredible guy (who I thought I’d have nothing to learn from because I’m not an ultra endurance runner!!)
My favourite have to be the solo sessions and the fly on the wall conversations with Paul Dermody - these are just superb!! So much knowledge and detail while explaining things and simplifying but also so fun to listen to - I find myself laughing out loud (in public) while listening!!

Thank you for bringing such an amazing podcast to life for your listeners 🙌🏾

Great Podcast

The only negative is that I’m up to date with ALL of the episodes so I have to wait a week until the next release 😅

I started listening to Brian first in October so I’ve really binged ever since. Nothing better to make a long jog easier.

Inspired me to start my own podcast too 😁
