Quality podcast

Been absorbing Brian’s podcasts for a few months now. As a PT, the content is varied, useful, relatable and often inspiring. As a consumer - you could learn a thing or two. Keep up the good work Brian, if I had a hat I’d tip it.

Finally a fitness podcast I can listen to every day!

So glad I stumbled upon Brian Keane’s podcast last month! The content is the perfect balance of health, fitness, mental wellness. This has been my favourite episode so far. The guests are always well informed, know their stuff and Brian is really down to earth. I usually get bored of podcasts after a few episodes but I’m recommending this to everyone I know! Keep them coming 😊

Dumbed Down

Previously liked a lot of the content of this podcast. However seriously dumbing down the complexity of nutrition into a simple ‘calories in and calories out’ in the 101 Ways to Lose Fat with Scott Baptie is just packed full of information that does not consider how damaging eating processed and/or industrialised foods can be. Reduced body fat does not necessarily equate to a healthy microbiome and general metabolic health. Unsubscribed.
