PLOT: The guys preview Sunday's North London Derby against the annoyingly in form Gooners. Fantastic show
This show puts out some fantastic content, decent matchday analysis with no massive agenda. Plenty of banter and humour, just a group of people enjoying talking about the club they love, great stuff!!
Drop the agenda against players you 'don't like the look of'
The cheese room was a listenable podcast on all things Spurs, particularly the Brazil-bseed fan, but the pod tends to be chalk and cheese and I had to unfollow during episode 27.
Episode 26 with the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Trust was a must listen explainer for all the progress fan representation has made and continues to make with those that run football.
Episode 27's review of Spurs's brave 2-2 (Desmond) at Old Trafford was impossible to take seriously each time Paul's criticised a particular player before writing him off after only playing a dozen times for Spurs so far.
It's well known that an agenda has been building against this player from a section of the fanbase but takes no account of the progress made by the squad as a whole during our transition under Ange nor the number of injuries the squad has to contend with, sometimes with 2 goalies and 3 teenagers making up the subs bench.
Spurs are still only a few points off the top and have drawn away at Emirates, Etihad and OT, teams which have beaten us away from home. In fact we've lost badly at OT most seasons since 2014.
So a bit more perspective Paul (for example the VAR side provided some insightful explanations of how the team (and the player you have singled out for criticism) might be able to improve when our midfielders return) less of the agendas, a bit less grumpy and I'm sure the Cheese Room will get back to full health like Spurs will be once we get our international players back.
Is nice
Thanks
