Chef Ali Mandhry, a sorghum champion, shares recipes and his passion for this crop working from his home in Mombassa, Kenya, whilst Meymuna Hussein shares her journey from East Africa to America and the importance of sorghum in her culture and cooking. Expert Eva Weltzien, pre-breeding consultant from ICRISAT wraps us up by championing the sustainable impact sorghum can have if we produce and use it as an alternative to more pollutant crops. Correction: At about 3min, it should say that sorghum stalks, not roots, are used as fuel for cooking.

Working my way through the episodes, so interesting to listen to all these great project chefs are up to. Very inspiring, also to home chefs like myself.
May I ask you to add links to websites/ social media accounts of the guests, their projects and restaurants? It would help further research....
