Performance Goals Over Everything - with Jack Anderson @jackptuk

This week it’s big training chat with the man Jack Anderson aka Jackptuk!

Jack was an olympic lifter turned hybrid athlete doing his first Iron Man early last year. You can check how things went by watching his doc Sweet Suffering on amazon prime!

We talk about the difference between a PT and a coach, how we should all be looking at our training and why performance goals beat body goals 10 times out of 10. Performance goals give us an intent to take into our sessions every single time we step in the gym!

It’s so valuable to enjoy the process of being new to something and having to learn and get better. This attitude is important when it comes to seeing progress and building an unbeatable mindset.

    Listen & enjoy.
