    From the slums of Kingston, Jamaica to Sandhurst Military Academy. That was the massive culture change for Devon Harris. Devon was a member of the first Jamaican bobsled team at the 1988 Winter Olympics. The training for the Olympics was similar to the intensive training at Sandhurst. The team had to learn to be supportive, despite the fierce competition to be the leader. The team had to learn to be good followers if they wanted to be good leaders. They also had to manage conflict and develop trust.
