Good morning/afternoon/evening/night.
Many many welcomes to the Cool Beans Radio Podcast page. A show that had its humble beginning on Forge Radio, then moved to BCR and is now currently located in Dom Kidson's bedroom, a place so grim that rats have been known to eat their own faces off upon entering. They were drawn by the smell you see.
All our podcasts are free to download. They will however cost you time, effort and potentially brain cells (the jury is still out on that last one) although you will certainly gain the following: respect from your peers, a better love life, the ability to talk to animals.
So what are you waiting for?! Sit back and relax, grab your favourite cushion, have a listen, have a beer and have some beans.

The Cool Beans Podcast - Episode 5: Troughgate (The End)
All good things must come to an end. Also, all non-good things must come to an end. Like the Cool Beans Podcast. The steady decline in listening figures coupled with the steady increase in resentment for each other has left a frosty atmosphere in the Cool Beans Camp. Chris is annoyed at Dom, Andy is annoyed at Dom and Dom feels victimised by both Chris & Andy.
Ergo, they've decided to call it a day with regards to these podcasts - "Troughgate (The End)" shall be the fifth and final one they provide as a trio. Unlike the first four podcasts all features, songs, guests and even the musical beds have been removed and instead replaced with 33 minutes of the three of them discussing pornography, their future plans and why they now hate each other.
It's certainly riveting listening.
The Cool Beans Collective was Chris Arnold, Dom Kidson and Andy Enchilada.
Big thanks to anyone who listened to any of the five Cool Beans Podcasts. We are forever indebted to you.

The Cool Beans Podcast - Episode 4: Wet Floor No Sign
It's a whole new year, it's time for a whole new attitude to podcasts! We, the Cool Beans Collective, solemnly promise to deliver one 30 minute podcast every month now until we get bored of doing so. Starting with this one right now! RIGHT NOW!
In this madcap episode Chris & Dom discuss new year's resolutions, discover a different attitude to tube announcements and indulge themselves a little something called Audio Yoga.
On top of this Chris confronts his back weight problem and sings a Jersey Boys style ode to his meaty residue-of-the-behind, Dom starts a 'Dear Dom' feature in which he ends up helping no man and Carl 'on fire' Watkins (he's not really on fire you crazy kids!) stops by to tell tales & sing songs.
Audio partly recorded live on Sheffield Live, partly recorded in Chris & Dom's bedrooms.
Big thanks to Carl 'on fire' Watkins, Sheffield Live, Jack Athey, El Krazy Kat, Jamie Veitch and Andy Enchilada.

The Cool Beans Podcast - Episode 3: Poetry In Motion
Three years. Three podcasts. Now if that isn't productivity I don't know what is.
Now, it's fair to say that Chris Arnold's & Dom Kidson's relationship was frail at best and things have certainly taken a turn for the worse ever since Andy Enchilada packed up and left for the Wild West.
Still, they trundle on begrudgingly.
Episode 3 of the Cool Beans Podcast includes interviews with superstars Reel Big Fish AND 50 Sniffs, a new tune from the Grand Old Ukes of Yorkshire and an extremely un-topical review of some news.
On top of all this Dom tries his hand at poetry, the Welsh Whisperer warns us of the dangers of smoking and we finally conclude the Ham Pocket saga. And thank heavens we did as well. Everyone hates that band.
Big thanks to Jimmy May, Dave Vaughn, Aaron Barrett, John Christianson, Ed Krayskat, Bob Dylan and Andy Enchilada.

The Cool Beans Podcast - Episode 2: Knocking About
Finally. I bet you all thought it was never going to come. I bet you all gave up hope. Well this will teach you for not believing! It's the eagerly anticipated return of the Cool Beans Podcast! Wahey!
Episode 2 sees the Cool Beans Collective reunited after an extremely unreasonable absence. Here they tackle such a wide variety of subjects it's a wonder Chris, Dom and Andy haven't been asked to appear as guests on Newsnight, Question Time or even Blue Peter.
Podcast topics include consumerism, fitness, advertising, skin damage, the homeless, Sheffield trends, pets, fancy dress parties, speaking french and internet memes. On top of all this the devilishly good-looking Jack Athey stops by to chat about his past, an online blogger reveals how you make the perfect cup of tea, Ham Pocket receive non-fan mail from a Mexican calypso act and Professor Terry Dix talks science.
The Cool Beans Collective is Chris Arnold, Dom Kidson and Andy Enchilada.
Jingles, music and many guest voices provided by Ed Donnellan AKA Gimpo.
Big thanks to Alexis (Wet Nuns), Carling Extra (Temple of Coke) and Nigel Tu (Peking Comedy).

The Cool Beans Podcast - Episode 1: The Phantom Dennis
It gives us great pleasure to introduce to you the all-new, all-fresh, all-crooning and all-jigging-around-on-top-of-tables Cool Beans Podcast!
Episode 1 sees the Cool Beans Collective demoted from radio studio to Dom Kidson's bedroom, a place so turgidly grim that even the lice are trying to get out. Along their journey they discuss animal loving, Tramlines Festival, Sheffield's top bogs, blogging, Craig Charles, jazz, urination perverts, rabies and life tips.
On top of all this the devilishly good-looking Smiling Ivy boys stop by to perform an acoustic session and debut a brand new track off their upcoming EP. Ham Pocket try to write the next big hit but ultimately end up getting sucked into Andy Enchilada's rural dreams and Cynical Ed speaks frankly and honestly about the nation's monarchy.
The Cool Beans Collective is Chris Arnold, Dom Kidson and Andy Enchilada.
Massive thanks to Gimpo (jingles), Jack (sessions) and Unseen Bean (art).

mr
i like like that me, i do.
Worrying
I find the prospect that someplace, somewhere, an angry young boy struggling with the trials and tribulations of puberty could be listening to these podcasts whilst playing Grand Theft Auto V at the same time. Worrying.
