Running Coach

This is a great podcast if you want to improve your running. I have long been a one speed runner this podcast has pushed me to increase both my speed and distance. Stu gives you great tips on posture and cadence. Using interval training to encourage you to pick up your pace and inspiring you to run with episodes themed around Olympic athletes. Whether you are just starting out on your running journey or are a seasoned athlete this podcast is a great way to add some variety to your run.

Excellent!

I’ve been with BMF for about 6m and 3 weeks ago just tried a cross run, 3 weeks in and am hooked!
Simon and Stuart are fabulously motivating, never ever thought I would be able to run for more than 1 mins... now solidly doing 30💪🏻

Stu cross running

Excellent pod cast, very effective and well explained. It helps improve speed and pacing for all type of running (both short and long distance). I m coming back from injury myself with a calve rapture, Stu podcast make my recovery and return to my previous form fun and real. It s well explained for all type of fitness and given it s done outside it does contribute to make you prepared for the next challenge (cross country, half or full marathon or long distance). Top podcast thanks a lot
