Probably the best internal medicine podcast I ever listened. Although I practice in the UK, still it’s my favourite one . Just the right length of episodes . Perfect choice of topics. Brilliant way of delivering information. I will never get tired of listening to it. Extremely informative, never boring . Whatever questions I have in my mind prior to listening another episode, all get answered . Someone in the episode always think of the same questions, because it’s so interactive and lively atmosphere on the podcast. Thank you very much for your hard work !!! Carry on !!

As a regular listener, I love to listen on the drive to my primary care practice, and binge listen on long journeys. It has a perfect balance of reminding you about everything you forgot from medical school, and giving you up to date evidence based treatments, tests , current guidelines from USA/UK/world as well as all the major journals. There are scripts to talk things through with your patients. In house expert Rahul Ganatra explains medical stats and how to understand data and read research so don’t miss those episodes, you will never feel stoopid again. Honestly one of the most cheerful friendly podcasts going!
Recommend for anyone interested in keeping up to date with latest medicine pearls

Also just started listening from the UK (acute med trainee!). I find it crazy how similar the patient populations are between our two continents - and also how we encounter the same issues despite being so far apart (the raised blood pressure overnight although no access to hydralazine here...). It’s easy listening for someone like me who has never found it easy to sieve through journals! Also love the dynamic between you guys Thanks for such a great podcast
