The NRL season must be getting close because Phil 'Buzz' Rothfield and Brent Read are back and arguing as they join Adam Mobbs to discuss what will be the big talking points in 2023. The Buzz blocked Twitter tribunal special
Phil Rothfield has blocked more than 2000 people on Twitter over the past decade so we decided to give some of the vanquished a shot at a second chance. Here Buzz, Adam Mobbs and Michael Caryannis preside over the first-ever Buzz blocked tribunal to go through cases where Twitter users get to plead their case to be unblocked by Buzz. Some are successful, one guy makes a Shawshank Redemption-style bid for freedom while others remain on life sentences with no chance of parole.

Buzz's Christmas feuds
It's the holiday season but not everyone will be exchanging Christmas cards this year. Phil 'Buzz' Rothfield tells Adam Mobbs and Russell Jackson about the bitter squabbles that are still simmering, heading into the new year, looks at the origin of some of the stinks and which ones will never be sorted. There's on-field feuds, media stoushes, strained friendships, some sad, unsavoury fallouts and even a couple of corporate fracas that got a little petty. There's also a special shout out to Dean Ritchie's alter ego, Dennis 'Bullfrog' Ritchie, following his run-in with Kalyn Ponga's father, Andre.

Best NRL Podcast out there
I listen to practically ever NRL show there is and this is by far the best. They never fail to make me laugh, I love the banter between the 3 of them and they have great behind the scenes insights.
