The Death of the Office The Art of Work

    • Careers

Welcome to our Workplace 2022 virtual forum series, designed to shine a spotlight on some of the key topics impacting on how we work today. This series forms part of the 10-year celebrations for The Art of Work, a consultancy that specialises in helping organisations and individuals navigate the changing world of work.
Across this year we are hosting a series of live podcasts exploring everything from the role of our physical workplaces in the new hybrid working world, the future of workplace learning and how we can better support and value our front-line workers, and much more.
In this episode our focus is the death of the office.  With average office attendance at just 26%, we explore the relevance of the workplace.   Joined by the RAW brothers, Rich and Andy, we ask what is the workplace for in today’s climate? How do we utilise the workplace to create a great employee experience and, given that loneliness has considerable negative impact on the health of the population what moral and ethical responsibilities do organisations have to reinvent the workplace to tackle some of these issues.
