    Subscription is the business model of the future, it’s something more and more businesses are doing and is being leveraged in new and innovative ways. Listen in to this episode for Rob’s 7 step process in creating your own subscription service. It’s not easy but it is simple, you do not need any money or followers to start this, just choose something you love to talk about then follow these simple steps.

    Pick something you love to talk about. Choose content for your subscription based site. There are a few platforms/membership sites for this: Patreon, Onlyfans, Kajabi and Facebook supporters are what Rob would recommend.
    Exclusive and great information are two key things you can focus on when creating content for subscribers. The way you package your information counts, everyone is valuable, you just need to ‘honour’ your niche and then put it out to the world.
    You need to create 1-2 unique pieces of content a week for your subscribers. E.G one exclusive live, one exclusive mastermind and two other pieces of content. If you are already creating valuable content you can just move some content you are creating to exclusivity for your subscribers.
    Deciding how much to charge subscribers depends on where you are in your journey, whether you want to create money or focus on scale. You can make a living out of this, there’s nothing wrong with money being your motivator. Rob would recommend starting at around $10 per month and then creating ‘tiers’ to charge higher for more perks/closer access to you.
    90% of people won’t give you any money at all, there are a million reasons why. But, as soon as someone has bought with you they become highly engaged and help form and create an incredible community with you at the centre.
    Make it easy to join your programme. Remove as many friction point as you can, this is one of the most important things to focus on when building a subscription service.
    You just need three new members a day to your service to create $11,100 a month for a year. One simple way to do this is by following Rob’s content-bridge offer.

Great in The Early Days... Not so Much Now

Any chance of a decent guest any time soon??? Tired of hearing Rob rant and bang on about himself... 🥱. The podcast was great in the early days; great guests - good chat and some great value.. these days I find it pretty self indulgent and when (rarely) Rob does have an interesting guest the poor guest can barely get a word in edgeways.. less back slapping, less ranting, and more of your guests speaking without interruption please

Always a different viewpoint

I enjoy Rob’s rants. I don’t always agree with everything he says but that’s why they’re so good. They offer up different and challenger perspectives which help to confirm or test your own thoughts. And he speaks with so much energy! Golden!
