Christine Innes || Honest Participants Only

In this episode, I speak to Christine Innes, the host of The Corporate Escapists TV show and podcast. She shares her incredible story of how she went from being broke, broken and in a toxic marriage, to learning how to fall back in love with herself again.

She knows first-hand the feeling of being a hot mess when you’re at a crossroad in your life.  Before becoming a Transition and Lifestyle coach, she was a corporate girl, the people pleaser and yes girl. Christine's story of transformation is incredible and inspiring. You won't regret making time for this.

    Happy listening!

Dai Manuel || Honest Participants Only

In this episode, I speak to Dai Manuel, award-winning digital thought leader and author, distinguished Toastmaster & keynote speaker, former partner and Chief Operating Officer of a multi-million dollar retail company and, a sought after lifestyle mentor and executive performance coach.

He tells me that about a year ago, he did the hardest thing he's ever done - a 10 day Vipassana silent meditation retreat. No talking, no exercise, no journaling, no reading - only meditating daily from 5am to 9pm. Here, he shares his mind-blowing experience and much more!

Dai has a lead-by-example way of living and a contagious personality that comes through in our chat.

    Happy listening!

John Kenny || Honest Participants Only

John Kenny || Honest Participants Only

In this episode, I speak to John Kenny, founder of Interpersonal Relationship Coaching (IRC), Author, Speaker and Transformational Expert. He fills me in on his journey from rock bottom to superstar, educates about ways to love yourself and shares his knowledge on how to face the person looking back at you in the mirror.

His perspective on breaking down the barriers to success in our own lives is unique and, is completely fuelled by his own experience. He is not trying to sell a lifestyle. He is a great example of why and how doing right by ourselves can pay dividends.

This was an enjoyable, witty and compelling conversation that I hope you'll enjoy.

    Happy listening!

Simone Pyle || Honest Participants Only

Simone Pyle || Honest Participants Only

This was a tough episode to record and to edit. It took me 6 months to get the content to you - that's because we talk about loss.
My guest on todays show is an old friend. In the year 2000, Simone Pyle lost 4 people she loved in a car crash. The accident shook our social and friendship circles to the core and the loss of such wonderful people is still felt today.
Parts of the audio may be shocking or difficult to listen to but Simone's insights into losing loved ones and learning how to cope are more than enough reason to spend some time with her families' story.
Dedicated to Mark, Noel, Constance and Peter xx
CONTENT WARNING - we briefly touch on a graphic detail of the accident.

Anju Bogle || Honest Participants Only

Anju Bogle || Honest Participants Only

In this episode, the spotlight is on Anju Bogle. The purpose of this interview was to speak about her new business and the inspiration for her Anglo-Asian style but we quickly went off track (in the best way possible).

Anju shares stories of her childhood, the prejudice that followed her decision to marry outside of her race, her faith, family and so much more. I hope you'll be as moved as I was.

    Enjoy!

N.B. Anju's bravery in sharing these deep, sometimes tough, stories about her life is commendable but may be a trigger for some. If you find that you are affected by her story and you would like to talk about your own experiences of trauma and/or isolation, the following organisation may be able to help:

    Samaritans.org

Alternatively, you may be able to speak to a family member, friend or medical professional.
