Episode 52: "Verbose Pirates" (SPEEDRUN)
You might notice that this episode of The E14 Gamecast is a short one this time round. In a format experiment, we’re trying something new. This episode is what we have hastily termed a Speedrun. After intros, Rob and Blake put 15 minutes on the clock (negotiable in the future I’m sure) and talk swiftly and efficiently about what we’re playing. Look out for mentions of Nintendo Switch games, and even some PC stuff. Which games have made the grade? You’ll just have to find out by listening!
Genius? We hope! Ill-advised? It’s possible! Either way, let us know what you think of the format experiment via email (podcast@emotionally14.com), Twitter (@emotionally14), IG (@emotionally14) or via our Facebook Page (Emotionally14) and group (The E14 Gamecast)!

Great for gaming heads
Passionate and informed discussion from gamers for gamers, this podcast is great at capturing how it feels to be a gamer - with reflections on pros and bugs, grappling with ever evolving controllers, frustrations and passions - all wrapped in a conversational and accessible way!
Great for gamers
As someone who wouldn't necessarily describe themselves as a gamer, I was unsure going into listen to this pod, but on the whole found it a great listen! The hosts are very clued up and I feel like I know loads more now!
Would definitely recommend if gaming is your thing, however if it's not have a listen anyway because you'll be pleasantly surprised!
If I listen any more I will be skint!
The gang talk about a range of video games and board games, some that are totally my thing, not my thing, some I haven't even heard of or even considered before.
Some really good points raised on some games and the fact that they all like different things, makes this podcast really well balanced and not totally one sided.
The list of games I want to play and buy is getting bigger every time I listen, and my wallet can't takes no more! =)
