On and On, She Kept On!

With Andy coaching in the NCAA Regionals, it gave us a chance to go back into our archives. We taped an interview with a woman we’ve known for a long time.
Andia Winslow played golf at Yale…then played professionally, including on the LPGA Tour. Since then, she has been a golf teacher, personal trainer…activist…and now, an actor.
She was named VoiceOver artist of the year in 2021. She has an Emmy, and her latest project is narrating the Brittney Griner book, Coming Home.

    Summary
Scott & Andy analyze the tactics of the contenders down the stretch on Masters Sunday, and the importance of making smart decisions on the challenging Augusta National course. The conversation also touches on the role of luck in golf and the mental aspect of the game.
Charlie Rymer (Westwood One) then joins to discuss Scottie Scheffler's dominant win at the Masters and the qualities of a killer golfer. They also talk about the importance of matching your swing with your personality. The conversation then shifts to the use of technology in golf, with Charlie expressing his skepticism about launch monitors and the importance of learning to watch the ball fly. The hosts conclude this week's Bars Exam...an ode to the joy of fancy butter.
