A top quality podcast that delivers evidence based, logical and realistic information on critical topics within and around the fitness industry, and for free. Adam is a breath of fresh air with his no nonsense, straight talking but understanding approach. His commitment to his own personal development and the guests he selects all demonstrate the value that he offers to an often confusing, intimidating and hazardous world of training and health. He covers a huge range of topics, including lesser discussed topics like the impact of the female menstrual cycle in training and how to adapt. He focuses on both body and mind, is humble and willing to talk about the challenges he's encountered and the way his approach has adapted. A powerful, valuable voice that everyone (from beginner to seasoned athlete, personal trainers, coaches and those with an interest in developing their fitness knowledge) would benefit significantly as a result of listening to.
