In this episode we delve into out of birth guidelines, risk factors and why home birth is a safe option for many with independent midwife Sarah Fitzsimmons. Sarah has been working as a midwife for 16 years, starting off as an independent from 2 years from qualifying, then working within the NHS for 12 years specialising in physiological birth. Since 2022 Sarah has gone back to Independent work and continues to influence not only the women she supports but many other midwives too.
