I first met Chardét through online fitness training, but loved her energy and attitude so much I then attended a fitness retreat. It was so different from all the workout approaches I’d done before as she really focussed on mindset and getting into the depths of why we feel the way we do about our bodies and how to have a better relationship with food and fitness. This podcast is full of so many gems of information that continue to support my journey in being fit for life - in body, mind and soul - not just to look good at the gym! I stumbled across this gem this afternoon and loved it so much I listened to 4 episodes in a row. There is a fantastically easy energy to Chardet’s voice and her delivery is clear and simple as well as inspiring and informative!
