Hormonal contraception

The episode on hormonal contraception was brilliant! An honest, evidence-based, informative and hugely relevant conversation that I loved listening to and took a huge amount from. Thank you so much!

Swapping brain cells for sells

I’m so disappointed in Hazel’s trajectory, especially when she released an episode about how she met her boyfriend. Grow up. If she was a little bit smart about this she’d realise that the “influencer” is on the way out. You’ve sold yourself for sponsorship deals and it’s really disappointing.

S9 Episode 3

I have never heard an episode talk so much sense about PCOS. I enjoyed being validated in some of the choices I have made, and I was so interested in facts like ‘it’s the left over testosterone’ and the impact of exercise and importance of body composition. Thank you! I would love another episode that maybe focuses on the PCOS and fertility side as well.
