Wonderful podcast!

I’ve never left a review before but your podcast deserves to be heard by as many people as possible so here I am!
Han is a warm and thoughtful host. Through her own experience and that of her guests, she’s able to present a broad and diverse range of experiences - some I relate to, some I didn’t know much about (for example the discussion of India culture in the Diwali episode) so it’s really great to have the opportunity to learn. Thanks for creating such an engaging, unique, mind-opening and all round wonderful podcast!

Compassionate, honest, inspiring

The Full of Beans podcast has become such a resource for me and every episode never fails to deliver a perfect mix of compassion, honesty about eating disorder struggles and recovery, and inspiration to keep going. The episodes are both incredibly informative and educational, while also feeling like a big warm hug! Hannah is a graceful interviewer who also shows such strength through sharing the ups and downs she has gone through, which makes it all the more relatable and only improves the quality of this already stellar pod. Thanks Hannah and all your guests! I thoroughly recommend this podcast to anyone who is struggling with an ED, to those who know someone (friends, partners, parents), to professionals in the field, and to anyone wanting to better understand EDs in all their complexity.
