Good for anyone with a home gym

Just two mates having a chat about their home gyms. Both Don and Dan are PT’s training clients from their home gyms.

They pick up questions from the HOME GYM UK Facebook page providing some solid advice and learning.

It’s not as polished as some podcasts but I appreciate the effort they put into make it happen.
