Fantastic Sci-Fi Podcast
Truly excellent Sci-Fi podcast. That’s covers some excellent subjects and looks back at some of the best Sci-Fi movies and tv series all done in a lighthearted way. Very highly recommend.
Subtle mind expansion
Imagine being at a mid 90s rave, the music’s not doing it and drugs have eliminated any decent conversation... so you go to the chill out room for a smoke and some peace & quiet, and sat there for the same reason are two blokes who’ve never met before but have struck up a conversation about some aspects of sci-fi.... you sit and listen as they go at it for hours: mind-bendingly weird, intelligent, deeply interesting, funny, warm, human ....
And you leave having genuinely learned something about life.
